Sound damping and temperature isolating material for use in cars. Splen is foamed polyethylene with closed foam structure. Splen is self adhesive and waterproof. Recommended areas of use: doors, wheel arcs, roof, trunk. 8mm material consists of two 4mm layers sticked together. This sandwich construction damps sound much better then one layer does.
